Yesterday night my roommates gave me a surprise birthday celebration!! Haha I was super shocked cos it was least expected lor… I was just lazing in my room watching a show, unaware of what was going on outside… then at about 9 my roommate knocked on my door and ask me to go out… I thought it was weird cause she always jus knock and come in but I didn’t think much… then when I open the door…. Ta da!!.... the whole place was pitch dark and all 3 other roommates + Singaporean and her roommate were standing outside my room, carrying a cake and a torch, singing a birthday song to me!! Oh my god!!! Hahah they din have candles so they substitute it with a torch keke… They even decorated the living room with balloons lor!!! And they gave me a card… so sweet right… I was so touched and shocked lar!! Haha but really very happy keke…

today was a happy day! went ice-skating with my friend Aurora and Xuexiang and the Olympics Oval in school... the place was huge and we had lots of fun skating together =) Aurora felled twice, once caused by a guy who skated recklessly... the kids there were super good! and they enjoyed falling down, haha... they skate really fast and very good, doing some stunts to show off sometimes...
we tried using the cage thing to skate and it was actually quite useful haha... i could skate much faster using that cos i was not so afraid of falling haha... had a really great time!
Then there was a floor meeting jus now... and they had this "pilata" or something where u use a stick to hit an object, break it and sweets will come out... the sweets were for good luck for the new semester =) hee it was okie..
