i'm surprised my previous entry was so long ago and i was abt my job....
One year on, i'm still at the same job, having the same kind of feeling.. does that mean i have not grown up? But one year on, things are slightly different. I changed to a new area, new competitors start to pop up with sucker price wars, target increase drAstically.... seriously thinking of movin on after my 2-yr mark in Oct...maybe..
Been travelling to shanghai and chiangmai so far and going for IDT training in USA for 10 days next month.
well i wanted to write abt my frustrations with my job but i realise i would be repeating the same old story hence, i have decided to buck up and make the best of my time in this company.
Jobi said to me last friday: Be more observant. when u go anywhere and see something different, ask urself why this can be done there? Can the same thing be applied to singapore? wat can u learn from the situation?
sometimes i really admire his ability to analyse things and to be so logical in his thinking process.. was really impressed with his words and enjoy talking to him very much. Abt the price war, maybe it is really not wise to enter into a price war bcos it will hurt the business eventually. definitely hope the China people will screw up and the giam siap consumers will come back to us...
apart from that, really wan to try out a different job, a different environment, pick up trading, read more, remember more stuff, dun be too affected by people's opinion or judgement. i am who i want to be!!!
